Shipping policy

Processing time

Every jeri order is packed with care and ships within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping rates

• Orders of $75 or more ship free within the U.S.

• Orders under $75: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the service you choose (USPS or UPS).

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and service you select at checkout. Estimates shown at checkout come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or damaged packages

If your piece arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right (see our refund policy). If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
